Built on a strong start from the museum’s first year of trading to layer in more mid-funnel messaging, reach a broader customer base and level up community management. Used our team of UGC content creators to deliver engaging video content while also adding employee generated content into the mix, building up the internal team’s confidence & skills. Stepped up community management to improve customer service and build stronger brand connection. This was done not just in comments and DMs, but off-feed on relevant other accounts to show up to a wider audience.
