Level-up organic social in the UK for Europe's largest restaurant booking app (part of the Tripadvisor group).
Took on a recent rebrand and built out an in-depth social media strategy to switch social from old-school static posting, to engaging video content. As well shifting Instagram focus to Reels, we also launched on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Content is now audience-focussed and centred on restaurant discovery. Our core approach has been on engaging a team of content creators to deliver bespoke UGC-style video around dining experience. We also built out a strong tone of voice, building confidence and affinity for the brand, while improving customer service relations via proactive, always on, community management.
